InflowControl announces new Regional Manager in Colombia

Alberto A. Uzcategui joins InflowControl as Regional Manager – Business Development based in Bogota, Colombia; and will be responsible to develop new opportunities in the Latin American region and provide technical support.

Alberto has over 12 years of experience in the O&G industry working with operators and service companies, focused on completions engineering. He has been involved in both completion design and operation activities for conventional, thermal EOR and chemical EOR projects; providing support in several regions of the world: South America, North America, Middle East, Europe and Africa; and has been responsible for technical sales related activities in Latin America and US regions.

He brings extensive experience in well completions including sand control, liner hangers, completion packers, inflow control devices (ICDs) and other completion tools. Alberto holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Simon Bolivar University (Caracas, Venezuela), and has published several papers.
